BREAKING: Moscow Insists It Doesn't Change Balance of Forces in Venezuela, Unlike West

Russian military presence in Venezuela under cooperation agreement

Maduro, Putin & Trump
Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov has said that the arrival of a group of Russian military personnel in Caracas fully agrees with the level of cooperation with Venezuela’s legitimate government.

"All this fits in with normal relations with Venezuela’s legitimate government," he told the media.

Russian Foreign Ministry had earlier stated that Moscow is not violating international law in Venezuela, unlike the United States, stressing that Washington aims to derail the situation in the Latin American country by supporting self-proclaimed interim president Juan Guaido.
With this military deployment in Venezuela, Moscow insists it doesn't change balance of forces, Unlike West.

The US President Donald Trump said US will consider all possible courses of action in order to make Russian troops leave Venezuela.

Trump said during the meeting with the wife of Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido at the White House, the Reuters agency reports. "Russia has to get out," Trump stated. In response to a question about how Washington aims to accomplish this, the US leader said: "We’ll see. All options are open.".
