Oyo State Labour Party Press Statement: Public Disclaimer on one Alhaj Atayese Tunji Sodiq and Femi Emmanuel

The Oyo State Labour Party under the leadership of Sir Dele Abiola hereby inform the general public of the   impersonation of the party's leadership by one Alhaj Atayese Tunji Sodiq and one Femi Emmanuel parading themselves as the executive of the party in Oyo State.

We wish to inform the general public and the security operatives that they are impostors. Doing any business with them and their affiliates on behalf of the Oyo State Labour Party should be at a personal risk.

The duo have been parading themselves as the chairman and publicity secretary of the party in the state, calling on unsuspecting individuals to come to them for expression of interest for among other things.

We called on the security operatives of the Nigerian Police and the State Security Service to call the duo and their cronies to order.

For the public information, both the Abure's illegal convention and congresses have both been quashed both by the court and the just concluded National Convention of the party held in Umuahia, Abia State.
