On Monday, Yemen's Houthis announce multiple drone strikes on several targets and sensitive points in the supply and transport of crude oil from eastern Saudi Arabia to the Yanbu port, in response to Saudi drones breaching Yemeni airspace, per Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree.
This comes after today’s drone attacks on the Abqaiq oil refinery.
Both Jordan and Qatar have separately condemned the drone attacks against the Saudi Kingdom.
Qatar on Monday strongly condemned attempted drone attacks targeting oil facilities in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province and Riyadh regions, saying the drones were launched from Iraqi territory.
The attacks were a “flagrant violation of Saudi sovereignty and a threat to its security and stability and the safety of its lands,” Qatar’s Foreign Ministry said.
The ministry also described them as a breach of international law, the UN Charter and the principles of good neighborliness.
It said Qatar stood in full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and supported all legitimate measures taken by the kingdom to protect its sovereignty, security and territory.
According to a report, over the past 48 hours, the Yemeni armed forces have struck three Saudi oil tankers."
