U.S. Army Europe, the German Bundeswehr, and the Danish Army will co-host the fourth Strong Europe Tank Challenge at Grafenwoehr Training Area, May 31 – June 5, 2020.

The Strong Europe Tank Challenge is a training event designed to give participating nations a dynamic, productive and fun environment in which to foster military partnerships, form Soldier-level relationships, and share tactics, techniques and procedures.

The challenge will consist of 10 competitive events including a tactical driving course; a call for fire; a small arms shoot; a simulated chemical attack and recover; a simulated medical evacuation; a physical challenge; and offensive, defensive and degraded live-fire operations.

The final day will culminate in a friendship shoot before ending with an award ceremony.

Last year, the U.S. Army Europe and the German Army co-hosted the third Strong Europe Tank Challenge at Grafenwoehr Training Area, June 3 – 8, 2018.
