Fourth Phase of Operation True Promise Against Israel Has Begun as Iran Issues warnings for civilians near military installations in Israel to evacuate

The Iranian Operation True Promise against Israel has entered another phase. The fourth phase of Tehran’s operation against Israel has begun Sunday, semi-official Iranian media outlet Mehr News reported on Sunday.
The operation, dubbed Operation True Promise 3, included “hundreds of various ballistic missiles” targeting residential buildings and infrastructure in Israel, Mehr reported. The attacks are a “decisive response” to Israel’s initial strike on Iran, which killed several high-ranking military commanders, the news agency stated.
Iranian authorities underscored that they would “respond firmly to any adventurism” from Israel, according to Mehr.
Several injured" after Israel strikes Iranian foreign ministry building in Tehran
Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh confirmed on Sunday that Israel had carried out a “deliberate and ruthless” strike on the library of Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran.
”Several civilians were injured in the attack, including a number of my colleagues who were taken to the hospital for treatment,” Khatibzadeh said in a post on X.
Khatibzadeh shared video of the aftermath of the strike showing the interior of the library with blown out windows and concrete debris strewn across the floor
”This is yet another clear war crime, part of the regime of Israel’s ongoing and systematic campaign of aggression against Iran,”Khatibzadeh said
Israel defense forces also confirmed hitting targets in Terhan on Sunday as the war between the two countries deepens..
Iran has also issued warnings to the civilians around any military facilities in Israel to evacuate. Iran military issued warnings to residents of Israel to evacuate from areas close to important Israeli military and scientific sites for their own safety, in a video statement on Iranian state TV Sunday

Colonel Reza Sayad, spokesperson for Iran’s armed forces, made the announcement as a barrage of Iranian projectiles fell on locations throughout Israel.
He warned people in Israel not to live near or travel to “vital, sensitive, and important locations” because the Iranian military has a database of these targets that it is continuing to strike.

He added that Iran has already “successfully struck sensitive and important targets, including military and security centers,” in Israel.

Terhan's warning comes after Israel issued a similar warning earlier on Sunday. Israel told Iranians living near weapons production facilities to evacuate, saying being nearby would endanger their lives
