Powerful explosions were reported at the US Fifth Fleet in Bahrain following missile and drone attacks, IRNA reported, citing media reports.

The reports come amid continued regional escalation as US bases across the Middle East face retaliatory strikes.

Iran said the Continuous strikes against the US facilities and troops in the Gulf region will continue until full enemy surrender, retribution for Minab and Lamerd children

Mohammad-Bagher Zolghadr, Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, stated said  on Friday that "every column of smoke in the region means a US military, security, or financial center has been targeted."

"Our combatants' continuous and targeted strikes are the whips of the Iranian nation's anger, descending upon the hegemonic system. They will continue until the enemy's full surrender and until retribution is exacted for the blood of the oppressed children of Minab, Lamerd, and elsewhere—with God's help."
